The Consumer Rebate Program (CRP) is available to our residential customers in an effort to promote the use of energy-efficient products. This program is designed to both educate and encourage residential customers to purchase and install qualifying products in their home. For a complete list of available rebates Rebates & Programs. How to Apply

Most importantly, be sure to confirm that the product you intend to purchase is eligible for a rebate before making the purchase. Please complete this application after both purchasing and installing the product. All applications must be postmarked within 12 months of the purchase date. Customers have two options for submitting their application: online or by mail.

NOTE: Only mailed-in applications will be accepted for the Certified Pool Pump Replacement (CPPR) Program.

• Log in to your LADWP online account.
• Upload all supporting documents. Legible electronic copies (PDFs) and photographs (image files) are acceptable.
• IMPORTANT: Online application sessions time-out after thirty (30) minutes of inactivity and cannot be saved.

By Mail

Consumer Rebate Program Application (PDF form to download, print, and mail in)

• Review and complete Parts A and B, print, and sign the application.
• Mail the completed rebate application, a copy of your LADWP bill (Page 1), original proof of purchase (with manufacturer, product make and model number), and any additional required documentation to the CRP Processing Center at the address listed on the application.
• For your records, we advise you to make a copy of all documents (including application) before mailing.

Receiving the Rebate

• Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• LADWP reserves the right to inspect and verify the installation of your products prior to releasing your rebate check.
